Linseed oil
Linseed, also known as flaxseed, is considered a nutritional powerhouse and comprises a combination of essential macro and micronutrients. These include protein, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants. Linseed oil has soothing and regenerative properties. The main task of Linseed oil is to nurture hair and restore its condition. It strengthens and moisturizes. It also prevents split ends and protects hair from harmful UV radiation.
The linseed oil in Bloom is obtained from the dried, ripened seeds of flax by cold pressing. It is not resistant to heat; therefore, it would be ideal to keep the oil away from direct sunlight and humidity.

This is different from the fatty acid found in fishes (DHA). The essential fatty acid found in linseed is called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
